are very much affected by local, state, and federal government actions
that affect the multi-family housing world. Local property tax rates,
city services, utility costs, and many other regulatory actions
directly affect you as an apartment dweller.
The
Greater Charlotte Apartment Association is an advocate for
fair and efficient government services at all levels, and effectively
acts as a spokesperson for both apartment owners and residents.
We'd like you to help our shared cause by registering to vote.
Your votes will communicate to our elected officials that not
only do apartment residents comprise approximately 25% of the Charlotte-area
population, but that they make their voices heard by voting.
Your vote can impact rules that affect your quality of life and/or
pocketbook.
