New Construction Tour

Since 1998, the GCAA has been featuring innovative multifamily properties in its annual New Construction Tour.

This event provides complete tours of recently-constructed apartment product in a single geographical area and also includes transportation, lunch, and guest speakers. Over the years, the featured communities have been located in every corner of the GCAA service area, from Uptown Charlotte to South Carolina. The event has been consistently well-attended and draws a unique crowd of primarily developers, lenders, architects, owner/operators, and regional or on-site managers.

Time: Registration at 8:30 am, Tour and Lunch from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Lunch Program will be held at the Renaissance Charlotte SouthPark Hotel, 5501 Carnegie Boulevard, Charlotte (Note: this is not the GCAA’s regular Dinner Meeting venue)
