Maintenance Mania is a good time for everyone!

Apartment maintenance pros face challenges that test their skills and knowledge. Fast-paced competitions include door-jam installation, appliance repair, lockset re-keying, toilet repairs, smoke & CO detector installation, ceiling fan installation, faucet installation, and more! There’s even a ‘build your own race car’ competition!

Local winners may also win a FREE trip to the NAA National Conference in 2011 to compete for cash prizes and the title of National Champion!

You don’t have to compete to enjoy MAINTENANCE MANIA; just come out to enjoy the exciting, fun-filled competition, vintage cars, great food & drink for this Maintenance Appreciation event.
