GCAA
The GCAA is one of the most recognized and respected Apartment Associations
in the country. The core services that the GCAA provides to its

The order of these areas of focus is certainly not random, as educational
activities have always been a prioroty for the organization. In
order to provide multifamily housing professionals with the most
opportunities for educational advancement, the GCAA offers both
the National Apartment Association Education Institute's professional
designation courses (NALP, CAM, CAPS, CAMT, and CAS) as well as
its own series of seminars and training classes. The wide variety
of quality, industry-specific educational programming is unique
to the GCAA and serves to set our students apart as the best-qualified
professionals in our industry.
