Charlotte-area news sources continue to cover the debate over the the City's budgeting process and the ensuing discussions of possible revenue-generating actions, including tax increases, discontinuing apartment trash collection, and raising trash collection fees for all residents. 

In the video below, GCAA's Ken Szymanski talks about how eliminating trash collection at apartments could adversely affect lower-income residents of our community.
