TESTIMONIALS:
“I
have been in the industry over 12 years and I am STILL learning.
The NAA courses have helped me gain a better understanding of the
industry as a whole. I have used the knowledge gained in the classes
to help better myself, my fellow associates and my company. I still
keep in touch with my former classmates to share ideas and market
information.”
Marcie Williams, CAM, CAPS, Regional Manager,
Real Estate Investments,
Camden Properties Trust
“I
had been on site for 12 years, starting as leasing consultant and
ending as community manager. I can say without a doubt that the
CAM course is an unbelievable “how to” course for managers that
covers every single topic possible (many that I was not even familiar
with). This educational opportunity should absolutely, positively
NOT be missed if you expect to be among the best performing, most
knowledgeable managers in today’s market.” Kele
M. Little, CAM
“Over
the years as a member and friend of the Charlotte Apartment Association,
I have observed managers, leasing agents and technicians in the
property management field who have taken advantage of the GCAA training
and education. All have advanced in their respective fields and
many have become today’s leaders in the industry. Thus the educational
emphasis of the GCAA has born great fruit in the lives and occupations
of the end users. It has also had a positive affect on the industry
and association by providing a training ground for future leaders.
Both of these benefits seem to be directly attributable to the education
and growth of professionalism in our market and in the industry
as a whole.”
Steve Ross, CAS, Regional Vice
President, Coinmach
