The Benefits of Apartment Living:
There is more than one “American Dream” these days, as apartment living has become a choice rather than a necessity. Some of the benefits of renting an apartment home are:
-
Short-term committment - usually 12 months or less
-
Flexibility - you can change apartment size/location as your needs change
-
Mobility - the ability to relocate quickly
-
Social Activities - planned events for apartment community residents and their families
-
Amenities - improve your quality of life without separate membership fees (for example: swimming pools, fitness centers, sports courts, car wash facilities, garages, playgrounds, business centers, movie screening rooms, nature trails, etc.)
-
No Maintenance = More Free Time - repairs made with a single phone call and without any additional expense
-
Security - apartment communities are often gated and/or employ security officers to patrol the property
-
Lush Landscaping - without the work
-
Shorter Commutes - rent an apartment near your workplace
-
No large downpayments - just a security deposit
-
No waiting - many apartments can be ready to move into on short notice
-
Fewer up-front expenses - no need to purchase new appliances, floorcovering, or window treatments
