Remember

printed materials, either by direct reproduction or with slight
editing. The maximum statutory penalty for copyright infringement
is $50,000. In a significant suit in federal court, the Texas Apartment
Association received a $10,000 settlement from a printer who plagiarized
the TAA lease.
