Roundtable Discussions
GCAA began its popular “Roundtable Discussion Series” in 2009 at the request of its Board of Directors.
Each year, the association organizes multiple Roundtable Discussion sessions for its members, each of which is tailored to a specific audience within the apartment industry, including:
- Regional Managers
- Property Managers
- Assistant Managers
- Leasing Agents
- Maintenance Technicians
- Vendors/Suppliers
- Small Owners
Led by experienced GCAA members, these sessions encouage participation by individuals who play similar roles in the multifamily world. Discussions of timely issues and commonly-faced challenges are always lively, and enlightening.Best of all, GCAA Roundtable Discussions are FREE to GCAA members!
