Will Brownlee is the owner and principal of Brownlee Law Firm in Raleigh, NC. His firm specializes in landlord-tenant law and related issues. Will is very active in the Triangle Apt. Assoc. and also shares his time and expertise with the GCAA. He is a graduate of NC Central University and The Citadel. Will has taught NAA Designation courses for GCAA, has contributed articles to the Apartment Times magazine, and authored the most recent editions of the AANC’s Lease Agreement and Legal Handbook.
