Joining the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association is a wise decision for firms who supply products and services to the apartment industry. The benefits of GCAA membership can be maximized if you understand all that the association has to offer. The following are exclusive benefits of Associate membership in the GCAA:

  • Prospecting and Networking Opportunities at GCAA’s General Membership Meetings and other major events: your chance to meet and mingle with between 150 and 500 industry professionals each month.
  • Annual Membership Directory and Buyers’ Guide: the GCAA’s annual publication which lists all owners, management companies, properties, and associate members. All associates are also listed in this directory’s separate Buyers’ Guide section by the particular service that they provide. The printed Membership Directory is distributed annually to each GCAA member as well as to every member property. Current GCAA members can also access the entire directory on this website. (The online Directory is updated continually.)
  • Supplemental Buyers’ Guide Inserts: which are included in every issue of the GCAA’s Apartment Times magazine. This insert offers an up-to-date listing of Associate member firms by product/service type. Any visitor to www.greatercaa.org can access an online version of the Buyers’ Guide.
  • Mailing/Email lists in either label format or electronically. Send direct mail pieces to the entire GCAA membership base, to owners only, to properties, etc. Mailing lists can be customized to suit your particular needs.
  • Trade Show Exhibitor Opportunities: Display your product/service at this significant GCAA annual event; it’s a cost-effective means of contacting over 1500 apartment professionals in a single evening. Traditionally held in March, this event is always one of the highlights of the GCAA calendar year. 
  • Exposure on the GCAA web site: The GCAA’s phenomenal website includes an on-line Member Directory and Buyers’ Guide with direct links to listed members’ sites, prominent placement of GCAA’s Platinum Sponsor listing with links to these Associate members’ own websites, and industry links to the NAA, the NMHC, the AANC, NC Fair Housing Institute, ULI, NC Building Code, and more.
  • Advertising and Sponsorship Opportunities: In GCAA publications, including the bimonthly Apartment Times magazine, the annual GCAA Membership Directory and Buyers’ Guide, the annual ApartmentSmart Educational Program Guide, the annual New Construction Tour Booklet, and more.   • Products & Services Council This council, comprised exclusively of GCAA Associate members, provides opportunities for vendors to meet and build business relationships with apartment Owner/Operators.
